well the only thing i know of is when one becomes sick,or is arrested,other wise one should be able to,they may be waiting till last minute cause they are doing something wrong,and shouldnt have to day off!.!.of course it could of been to others changing there plans that interfered with theres!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
