Mine is linguistically conceited people flirting!. They're like,

People who desperately need volunteers, but make the screening process so tedious, that we don't have the patience to bother!.
I mean, WHY would you do that!?
Just have us fill out a consent for a background check, and get approval to get my immunization record from my doctor!.
Why IN THE WORLD!.!.would you make me go to the
doctor's, get a T!.B!. test, get a copy of my immunization record, take them with me!.!.AND THEN!.!.!.get fricken FINGERPRINTED!.!.!.!.and S-T-I-L-L get a background check!?!
Don't you know I'm not gonna bother volunteering if I have to do all that crap just to have the chance to work for free!?
