Question: On ebay if you leave a negative feedback and they respond to it how do you respond to that!?
basically recieved an item which was the wrong one so the guy said to return for exchange i did they didnt send the new ones!.!. i have left negative as it has been a nightmare transaction to which i recieved an insulting email!.!. also he responded to the negative saying it was totally unwarrented etc!.!. i know others have replied to this underneath but i dont know how to!. Paypal wont help me recover my costs as i didnt send it recorded!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Report the seller to Ebay, if you allow him to get away with it, he'll do it to some one else, if he hasn't already done so!.
You bought item/s from him in good faith, email him back threatening him with small claims court action, see what he says!.
If he calls your bluff then take him to court & don't forget to go for costs too, that way he'll end up paying for absolutely everything, should he lose the case, which is a big probability!.
Teach him a valuable lesson regarding his fraudulent activity & hit him where it hurts him most, in his pocket!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I only buy off people with excellent feedback, have excellent feedback myself, so never have a problem, how long did you actually give him to send you the new item before you left him negative feedback !?

ebay is now a joke!. Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers, even the ones who dont pay, and buyers leave negative even when the transaction was valid!. The whole thing is now too expensive to use and i will be glad to see the back of it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
