I play with a certain section of my hair to try and clam me down!.
I do it all the way through an exam without even realizing!.
I used to play with my chain, but i took that off and find myself sometimes reaching at my neck to find it again!.
Or i'll bite the skin around my nails :( Not nice- especially when they bleed!

Yes, i put one hand on top of another or put both my hands in my pockets!. I realise when im doing it, attempt to stop myself but then find that i have done it without realising the second my attention is drawn away!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I used to count syllables in my sentences!. If they didn't end in a number divisible by 5 I didn't say it!. Actually I think that's more OCD than nerves!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
