No!. Australians and new Zealanders say it all the time!. It is almost as common there as in Britain!. also the English descended South Africans say it!. And Indians are very fond of it!. All the influence of listening to it for a Hundred years under the british Raj, I guess!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
