If you are serious you should get them custom made by a specialist!. They will cost you hundreds of dollars but they will be very good for what your specific ailments are!.
Barring that, I heartily recommend the New Balance insoles!. They are very comfortable and feature the NB Absorb foam!.

I know what you mean!. I was born with a club foot and there is a length difference in my legs!. I looked into the special insoles and was told that they would run between 350 and 600 hundred dollars!. Instead I by sandals/flip flops and cut to suit, I know this is cheap but I'm poor!. you can get sandals in various thickness and add two or more to get the thickness you need or had an insert from the drug store like Dr!. Scholes!. It's trial and error but works for me!Www@Enter-QA@Com
