Put honey by your neighbors door and on their door handle (from outside) so when they step out side they step in honey and when they try to go back in they get honey all over their hands!. Or go to a public library and go on their computer and think of someone you hate!. Now, you have to know their address for this one, order a few mags for them!. If it's a girl order like lesbian weekley haha or if it's a boy order gay daze hehe thats a good one!. Then they open their mailbox and see a gay magazine haha or if the dumbass mail dilivery people put it in the wrong mailbox they open up their box and see "Lesbian Weekly" and haha they freak out mwahahaha!.
