Make a 360 account!. Then go to edit picture, click browse, and add a picture from your computer file!. Go to the bottom of the screen, click done (I think), then open yahoo answers, sign back in, edit profile, choose your picture from 360!. And then you should be good to go!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
