I eat oatmeal with some berries (whatever ones that are available) for breakfast, listen to my IPOD which contains all kinds of music on my way to work and I take the dogs for a walk and then try to read something every evening!. I love to read, it relaxes my brain!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
