I never have, and not sure I would want to!. All those scumbags you spent 5 - 6 years avoiding!. Besides, I had a rough time at school being short and fat!. Now taller and larger, it makes me laugh on the rare occasions I see my former tormentors, all hurriedly saying 'alright, mate'!.!.!.!.!.
Besides my comprehensive school (UK) only ever has a local, infrequent reunion - it is called HMP Holme House Prison!.!.!.

I'm with you on this one!. I've stayed in touch with the people I've wanted to stay in touch with, 4 mates from school!. I like you was fat at school and had the pee taken out of me, ironically the ones who were the charmers at school have now turned into the grey ducklings!.!.so justice is served!.!.but i wouldn't want to spend an evening with them!.

I've only got one friend from school days and she's the only one I'm bothered about!. It's not that I wasn't happy at school because I was mostly!. I managed to get the whole way through without a single argument or fight so I've no bad experiences of horrible people!. BUT that doesn't mean there weren't any!. There were loads and the idea of seeing all them again!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
My other best friend was bullied horrifically at school and went on to be v!. successful!. She was on the telly for a bit and suddenly all these bullies wanted her to come to this reunion!.!.!.even knocking on her mothers door to get her to plead on their behalf!. Even now (she's 39) she can bawl her eyes out at all that happened and yet she's confident and happy in her life apart from this!.
I think school is the epitome of others deciding 'who' and 'what' you are and all the crap that that brings with it!.
Thankfully my old school was knocked down!.!.!.!.!.hallelujah for asbestos!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

No I haven't and I don't think I could!.!.!.!. in my head I might want to believe that I would impress them all by telling them of my self employed success doing exactly what I've always wanted to do however I know for a fact they would give me the same old stink eye and I would burst into tears or inappropriate laughter!. Nah, I haven't been to one yet, but my 10-year reunion is coming up in 2010!.!.!.I'm not sure yet whether I'm going to go or not!.!.!.even though I wasn't one of the most popular kids in school, I kinda relish the idea of seeing how ugly and old looking the snobs and the cheerleaders are now!.!.!.I've seen a few of them over the years, and lemme tell ya!.!.!.makes my baby belly look good in comparison! Met up with some friends from school a few years after leaving!. It was a bit weird!. The nerdy ones had become even stranger, wanting to rule the world or become the next prime minister!. Eugh!.
As for the rest, I don't want to know they've become high flying academics or doctors or vets or something equally prestigious, whilst I'm just doing the 9-5 for some dodgy company!. Great!. Meeting them would be a sure fire way to making me feel like crap! Barstards!.

No I wasn't living in the country when we had our 10 year reunion!. Not sure I would have gone anyway - like you say, you didn't like half of them anyway when you were at school, and you didn't like the other half enough to keep in contact with!. I drove over 450 miles to attend it and was glad to see just a few people!. Most people didn't show up despite the fact they lived in the same town and our class was very small, only 36 people!. Less than half made it!.
Most of the people who were numbnuts!.!.!.were still numbnuts even after 20 years!.
However, the good outweighed the bad and I hope the 25th will be better!.
From the sounds of your situation, I'd avoid it but that's just my opinion!.

I found out recently that my school had one a few years ago !. I wasn't invited thank f**k !. I wouldn't have gone anyway !. I didn't like any of the people I was at school with !. Well, school days were the worst years of my life!.
Not only was I bullied for no reason whatsoever (I was hardly fat nor a "swot") but maybe because I was an ugly duckling!.!.!.
I had 2 best friends but on of them was a complete high maintenance ***** who expected us to do everything she did so me and the other girl, Kelly, just branched away from her and, you know what!? THOSE were the goold old days!. Me and Kel were a right pair!
She was my best friend until she moved away without telling me to go live with her cheating druggie boyfriend who I found out was cheating on her a few weeks earlier!.
Uuuugh, what an idiot!.
Anyway, she came back about 2 months ago after "realising" he had no life, no job and was holding her back (can you say DUH!!!!?) and we met up and had a good time again!.
But, recently, we haven't even been talking as she has a new boyfriend and I guess she's just a user!. I'm happy with my own boyfriend and life but I'd never ignore her like she has me!.
Hmmm!.!.!.makes you wonder, really!.
She moved away in the middle of college and, whiel she was away, I applied to Uni and got a great paying job and now she's back struggling to find a job and had to reapply into college to finish off her course!.
