What should i tell that hobo?!

ok so theres this old guy who look like a hobo who always goes to the library!. and im doing community service there!. so he always stares at me when im near him and its really uncomfortable!. now he started talking to me!. and today he gave me candy! im a little creeped out by him but i dont want to be rude!. how can i tell him to leave me alone!? he hasnt really done anything that bad!.!.!.!.yet!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
