The vampire is certainly usually portrayed as intensely sexual and sometimes feminised!. However, this very portrayal has at times been challenged (see 30 Days of Night and The Vampire Tapestry)!.
If, however, you're asking if vampires actually exist!.!.!.then the answer is a resounding NO!.
