I usually ask first now, had a bad experience one time helping the elderly or handicap!.!.!. saying that just because I'm older or handicap, do you think I can't help myself!?!.!. So yeah, its always nice to ask too sometimes!.!.!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
Of course!!! My sister is handicapped and I would feel horrible if someone just walked by her when she needed help!. :(
