Question: Is spraying walls with wash-out hair spray an arrestable offense!?
Because me and my friend did this all over town today on the walls and floors!. We also sprayed silly string everywhere!. Stupid idea, I realise that!. If you want to know why - I'm bipolar, and my psychiatrist took away my sedatives (seriously!) so I'm a little manic!.!.!.
I want to know, from a legal standpoint, is this breaking the law!? It should wash off easily in theory, although I don't know if it will!. I'm pretty sure we weren't on CCTV, but we could have been!. What is the likely punishment for this if we have been caught!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes!. It is still criminal damage!. Just because it washes out of your hair doesn't mean it will wash off walls!. I'm sorry but ill or not that is no excuse!. How would you like it if some idiot sprayed the same stuff all over your car or house!?
If you are caught the police will probablt only give you a caution or warning which will effectively means you will have a criminal record!. It will stay on there for either three or six years (I forget which) during which time it may be revealed to employers etc!. and affect you being able to get a job!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
