Well, you first need to make sure that it is depression and not just anxiety (which feels ExActly like depression and no, anxiety is NOT just being stressed out)!. Sometimes, if you don't 'let things get to you,' at one point, all of that added up will cause you to feel depressed!. But depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain!. 100% fact!. If you really are depressed, then don't blame anything because the only thing to blame is your chemicals!. Thus, if you are sure you're depressed (look up symptoms) then you need to go to the doctor to get medicine!. Medicine is the only thing that will help you; don't let anyone tell you differently!.
