one way to get better at that is to keep a journal of your dreams!.
right the dream down first thing when you wake!.
after time the dreams will become more prolific!.
you mind will focus on the dream state with grater scrutiny!.
and in tern you will have grater control of them!.
as well your dreams will become more detailed, you will remember more of them!.

nope!.!.!.my dreams are usually hard to decipher and control
for example: i dreamt that aliens were going to take over the world and the only thing that could stop it was in the hands of this monkey that looked a lot like Abu from aladdin and i could NOT catch him!.!.!.i really wanted to catch him too

Many of my dreams are lucid--it's like watching B-movies on the late, late show! (Man, am I tired all the time, too!) I sometimes wonder why I dream these "movies" about strange people I don't know!.!.!.methinks I should start writing them down and publishing them--could be how Stephen King got his start!Www@Enter-QA@Com
