i think its possibly because (@ least for ONE reason) their eyebrows werent naturally even, so they take them right off & draw on better looking ones!. thats a theory i came up w/ when trying to figure out how to make mine even!. i was thinking maybe thats basically the only way to solve my prob!. (one brow sits higher on the head than the other--making me look like im giving the one-raised-brow look!. i really hated my school pic!. cuz it stood out so bad & i totally looked like i was making the one-brow-raised look @ the camera!. it just looks so stupid & i dont like having to actually fuss w/ them to make 'em level again--till something brushes them again) OH, plus theyre 2 diff!. shapes, but ive noticed other girls w/ 2 diff!. shaped brows so i guess its not so uncommon!.
btw, i havent actually tried it yet & dont really see it happening soon, but i kinda do wanna see if i dont like it better--alot less fuss!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I know a lot of people that do it!. Cause bushy eyebrows aren't cute!.
And it's easier than having to shape them all perfect with a razor
or hot wax!. Besides, half the time, it looks nicer!. Not creepy, I think!.
I'd never do it, personally!. I shave mine and I use black eyeliner
to shape them a little so they are defined and perfect!. But it's not

It was the fashion for years to go for really thin eyebrows so women went so far as to shave them off and!.!.!.draw them on!. When I was a kid I thought this was SOOOOOOOOOO Sexy and had every intention of doing it lol !.!.!.SO glad I out grew that one!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think some do it when they overpluck them and some people just have very light eyebrows and want to darken them up!. I think it looks awful though, and I have really light eyebrows and just leave them that way!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
They want their eyebrows to be a different color, ex!. - a darker color!.

Lol! I was just wondering that the other day! No lie!. Some women shave off their real eyebrows, just to draw fake ones on with a sharpie pen!?! My aunt does that, and she draws them really arched, so she looks like she's always surprised!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, some do it cuz they overplucked/waxed, which is ok cuz they are just filling them in and it can look natural
