when i was young he was the authority figure for sure, but he passed tragically about 9 years ago, and i was really starting to know him on a personal level i thought would never happen!. be thankful everyone that you have those relationships with both parents, it really gives you some assurance once they have gone!. dad died tragically on a holiday, so no matter what else is going on that day, it is my day remembering dad!. all the great things, no bad!

No he's really nice!. I was afraid of him when i was little because he tried to teach me how to swim, but his idea of teaching was to grab me while i was kicking and screaming and throw me in the pool!.
I used to hide when he came back from work!. lol

Sometimes i am!. He is a big guy!. when i do something wrong he can really get a temper, and sometimes it scares the living daylights out of me!.
