Actions are louder than words!.!.!.!.I would just give her a smug smirk and walk awayWww@Enter-QA@Com

I presume that by summery, your colleague is suggesting that you should be more covered at work!.

When talking to this malignant hag, recall a comment made by your mother this morning:
'Poopsy, I love to see you in that dress(garments as appropriate), you look so good!. I used to wear clothes like that when I was young but as the body ages I have resigned myself to slacks and cardigans(substitute garments worn by colleague)!.

One from the radio yesterday:
"'Has anyone told you your hair looks nice!?"
"No!."
"I'm not surprised!."

'I do like your (garment), I didn't realise they were still available; where did you buy it!?'

Poopsy, when a female colleagues make such comments it is not so much that they have distaste for your clothes but that they are envious of the body underneath so you may just smile smugly knowing that you look better in £20!.00 of cheap and cheerful junk from a sale than she does in £200 of quality clothes!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You dont have to answer them!. Its a statement, not a compliment!.!.!. although some people might think its a compliment!. I guess she just said that based on how you looked!. I guess you don't have to say anything or you could say "you think so!?"!. Something like that!. Answer them with a question so what you say doesn't sound weird!. It's a weird statement in the first place!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would have laughed!. It was an insult in a way but it was quite funny!. I don't mind people being insulting to me as long as it makes me chuckle!. Try not to take life so seriously!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Why would being described as "summery" not be a compliment!? Sounds like she's a jealous, old bag to me!. Next time you see her tell her she's looking wintry, dying out, drying up & shrivelling like the leaves!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would say something along the lines of "Then why did you say it then!?" That let's her know that it was rude without having to be rude yourself!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Lol so shes saying you aren't dressed appropriately, basically!.!.

Tell her to mind her own fvcking business!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would've said, "If you're feeling the cold, perhaps you should try being a little less frosty"!. I suppose it's best just to smile and ignore her!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

That was rude! Tell her you're sorry but you're used to people that were raised to be politeWww@Enter-QA@Com

say you would rather look summery than what you look like you old hagWww@Enter-QA@Com

She sounds like a stuck up old lady!.!. just tell her that you're gonna live longer!.!. ahahahahhaWww@Enter-QA@Com

thank you for your opinion, i really like looking this wayWww@Enter-QA@Com

I'd just say, "Coming from you, I take it as one!."Www@Enter-QA@Com
