Well it depends on how they say it and why!. I take it as encouragement from a genuine person speaking directly to me because it's the truth, it's not something you should drive yourself crazy over but though we go through what we go through in life, our happiness depends on ourselves, how we handle things and what choices we make because everything we do affects ourselves and others, and in turn affecting us all over again!. It's our responsibility to know our options and rights as human beings!. What's right and wrong, harmful and not harmful!. If you want true happiness in your dealings with people and to continue living on a healthy planet those things really are like your best friend or worst enemy!.
I take it as an insult when it's used to attack or deceive me!.
