It's a little presumptuous to say that someone who dropped out of high school is 'uneducated'!. My younger brothers both dropped out!. One in 11th grade, and the other never made it past 9th (he followed in my mother's footsteps)
One is successful in restaurant management!. (It was experience, hard work and a go get it attitude that got him where he is) He is married, owns a home (not one of those families in dire straits over the mortgage crises) and has a beautiful son!.
The one who dropped out in the 9th grade, turned his life around and spent several years running his own landscaping business!. The problems they encountered in their lives had to do with the death of our mother and nothing to do with education!.
I think success is best seen and interpreted by the person wearing the shoes that are being walked in!. ;)

Well this is a tough one to answer because if the drop out has so much leadership skills and character then why did he drop out!? also you did not define success!. There are a lot of CEO's that got there by cheating!. This being said I always lean towards the individual with character!. He/she may not make it to the top of the ladder but will probably have and hold a marriage and great kids!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
the first one!. education is nothing if u dont use it to ur advantage and have weak moral and principles! the person with great character will most likely try to make the best of their situation and reach higher and higher! education doesnt ensure u for making mistakes many greatly educated people have ended up behind bars!Www@Enter-QA@Com
The high school drop out!. They will probably start their own business and make a lot of money!. I have a bunch of friends who have a college degree and none of them are using that degree and have less than 1000 dollars each to their name!.!.!.yikes!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
