Just curious, because I was watching the Maury shows, and they had a special on sex changed people!.

I think what you're asking is, "why do transsexual men 'pass' better than (some) transsexual women!?"
It's all about hormones!.
Transsexual women are born with testicles; testicles, once mature, produce large amounts of testosterone!. Testosterone is responsible for masculinising the body; it makes bones bigger and heavier, it builds muscle bulk, it causes the larynx to grow, and thus makes the voice deeper, and it causes facial and body hair to grow!.
Transsexual men are born with ovaries; they produce oestrogen, but don't produce significant quantities of testosterone, so they don't develop the above-mentioned features!.
In order to correct the congenital condition of transsexualism, it is usual to undergo hormone therapy; transwomen take oestrogen, and transmen take testosterone, to produce the appropriate development!.
The problem with this is that it is much harder to reverse the effects of testosterone than it is to produce them!. This means that the masculinising effect of testosterone on transmen is many times more effective than the feminising effect of oestrogen on transwomen,

Diane is right!. It's easier to masculinize a female body than it is to feminize a male body!.
You're talking about BODIES not people!. Women don't become men or vice-versa!. A transsexual woman was born into a male body and a transsexual man was born into a female body!. It's a naturally occurring biological variant!. In other words it's a rare birth condition!.
