I'm not a happy man this morning because I've received a "final bill" from my energy company and they're stating that I have to pay them ￡69!.72 immediately!. I have to say I'm very confused because all my bills are paid by direct debit and I've NEVER missed a payment in my life I know it's not a great amount but it's the point of it, I don't have any debt and that's what's annoying me as I don't know where this has came from!. Tried to phone them but could not get through, Why would they send me a final bill!? what does that mean!?

Who knows why some energy companies send you bills for amounts that you do not owe!? Incompetence !?
Some years ago,British gas threatened me with a court order for `non-payment of gas bills`, their demands went on for months, despite me telephoning them and professing my innocence!. You see, I had no gas connected to my house and I had a generator for electricity!.
Eventually they visited my home and checked for themselves!. I have never received an apology or explanation from them! ( Very bad mannered of them)Www@Enter-QA@Com

check with your bank that all your bills were paid out already or if there was a problem with the direct debit, then chill out, it was a mistake!. stay on hold and wait while you answer yahoo!.

When I was a kid I got a camera in the mail!. It was a plastic Kodak Hawkeye flash fun 2!. It said in the envelope that came with it that I had won it in a contest from Johnson & Johnson!.I had never entered a contest at that point in my life!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Maybe the payment is not on the right cycle date!. Get your statement ready and fax to them with a letter attach that you have pay the total amount for that months with receipt!. Go straight them out now!. best luck!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
