aw you embarrasing me now hehe!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I just love making sauces of any kind to go with dishes, make pasta sauces homemade, when cooking chinese add in soya sauce, fresh lime juice, garlic, sprinkle brown sugar, bit of sweet chili sauce, bit of fresh lemongrass& coconut milk & you have thai!.!.!.!.!.think got it fm watching my mum cook as never followed recipes, just add a bit of this & a bit of that!.!.!.!.oohh making me hungry now for homemade bombay potato, mmm would love a curry :)

Well it depends on the meat I am using!. If its a roast, I will make my own, otherwise its an oxo cube and some gravy granules!.

Hi Smurfy! I make my own pasta sauces with chopped tomatoes, garlic, basil, onion, and dried chilies, but you can always get an optional thumb in there if you ask the chef nicely! heheheh xxxxxWww@Enter-QA@Com
