Would you rather work with someone who is too quiet or too loud?!
Question: Would you rather work with someone who is too quiet or too loud!?
By "too quiet", I don't mean someone who ignores you when you talk to them, or who doesn't even acknowledge you when you see them in the hallway!. I'm thinking more of someone who spends most of the day with their headphones on, and doesn't get caught up in gossip and drama!. They just like to do their work and go home!.
By "too loud", I mean constant drama and yelling, and laughing like a hyena, and non-stop babbling about nothing in general!. They think that they are being the "life of the party", and that they are fun to be around!. They shout over cubicle walls, instead of using IM or walking over and talking to the person!.
