yes I am hon, head to toe!.!. I start at the neck and work all the areas to the toes!.!. it takes me about a hour or longer depending how stressed you are!.!. Even arms hands and fingers!.!. I really enjoy it, sometimes at work if I spot someone looking tense I will sneak a massage quickie!.!.
You gotta have the patients, hands and fingers to do it!.!.
