can i use splenda to make my step dad cookies!? he really wants some ginger snaps cookies but he was recently diagnosed as diabetic and has had a heart attack and stroke so i want to make sure not to raise his blood sugar!.
so is splenda ok to use!? it says its not sugar but made from sugar, so i'm confused!.

And its fine!.!.

My mum used splenda but she also liked the powdered hermasetas!. She was a diabetic for 30 years!. Not sure if you can cook with the hermasetas thoughWww@Enter-QA@Com
