Answers:
15 lbs!.!.!. cardio 5 days a week, eating lean meat, no refined carbs or sugar, a lot of water

Moderate weight lifting is also good, keeps muscles burning fat constantly while resting (3 times a week is good)

I was originally 185lbs, but had to get leaner for a modeling shoot and it took me about 2 months

Here are the best healthiest foods:

Spinach
Salmon
Oatmeal
Bananas (before or after a run)
Smart Start cereal or Raisin Bran (good fiber source), granola
Chicken or Egg Whites for lean protein
Broccoli
Blueberries
Sweet Potatoes
Low-fat yogurt
Strawberries
Apples (fiber)
Whole Wheat pastas, bread (stay away from pizza for sure)

in 6 months i lost 45lbs!. and it wasnt that hard!. i stopped eating within 2 hours before i went to bed!. people say dont eat after 7!. but it really all depends on what time you go to bed!. if you go to bed at 11, dont eat after 9!. and i just started walking to work!. i dont live that far, so instead of always having people drive me, i would walk!. oh and i drink A LOT of water!. ive been doing very well, kept all the weight off, and still losing! *******Www@Enter-QA@Com
