ok, this is what i go by:
1!. If you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories!.
2!. If you drink a diet soda with a candy bar, the calories in the candy bar are cancelled out by the diet soda!.
3!. When you eat with someone else, calories don't count if you don't eat more than they do!.
4!. Food used for medicinal purposes NEVER count, such as hot chocolate, brandy and cheesecake!.
5!. If you fatten up everyone else around you, then you look thinner!.
6!. Movie related foods (milk duds, popcorn, red hots, tootsie rolls, etc) do not have additional calories because they are part of the entertainment package and not part of one's personal fuel!.
7!. Cookie pieces contain no fat, the process of breaking causes fat leakage!.
8!. Foods that have the same color have the same number of calories; i!.e!. spinach and pistachio ice cream; mushrooms and white chocolate!. Note: Chocolate is a universal color and may be substituted for any food color!.
9!. Foods that are frozen have no calories because calories are a unit of heat!. Examples are ice cream, frozen pies and popsicles!.
10!. Foods eaten while watching a major even on television, do not count!. Major events include Superbowl, Hockey Finals, Soccer, Jerry Springer!. (take note, ninnyhammer)

Yes it certainly does!. Eating healthy sucks, however you have to look at the end result and decide if it is worth it!. I still eat a mini Hershey bar every day but I have still managed to loose 30 pounds and I look and feel great so moderation is keyWww@Enter-QA@Com
I am a choco-holic!. Once I start eating chocolate, it is hard to stop!.

yes the less sugar i eat the more i want, i quit drinking things with sugar in it for about 6 weeks and one of the office girls came back with an ice cold mountain dew!.!.!. with great restraint i didnt kill her!.!.!.!. i just took her mountain dew and been back on the sugar ever sinceWww@Enter-QA@Com
