Is my belkin router broken?!

Ok this is kinda hard to explain it but i'll give it a try i was playing starcraft when all of a sudden i d/c and couldn't connect to battletnet so i tried to reset the router and all of a sudden i can connect to battlenet but when i went to command prompt and typed ipconfig it said i was now connected to my netgear instead of my belkin router please help is my belkin router broken!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
