It think it might be a throwback to the days of the black death, when mice carried the disease!. Sort of a fear that's been passed down through the generations!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
No Idea!. I have two gorgeous female pet mice named Cyanide & Anthrax and although they really don't like being picked up they're fun to watch build a nest to sleep in and it's fun to watch them climb on stuff and run on their wheel!. I also love rats!. I caught a wild rat once but it was just a baby, it was under our barbeque and I didn't want it to get hurt so I put it in a vase thingy with some grass in it and took some pictures and a small video then let it go a couple feet away from our yard!.
I hear some people are just scared of them because of their tail!. It's not scary, it's just like a finger to them, so why should anyone be scared of it!.
And they don't carry diseases!. The things that live on some wild ones do!. Like lice and stuff!. But not all have lice, they're pretty clean animals!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't know either!. I don't mind them at all!. Just yesterday, I was in front of the sink (barefoot) and a mouse ran over, on top of my foot, and ran out!. And I didn't mind that!. I jumped a bit, but only because it startled me, just the same as if someone came from behind me!. Mice are my friends! =]Www@Enter-QA@Com

I get scared of them because they're carrying germs and I'm scared of the fact that they might run over my foot!. That's what makes me freak out about 'em!. Same with roaches! *shudder*Www@Enter-QA@Com
