Question: How Do You Handle A Complaint To A Companies Customer Support/Service!?
Anytime I call for a resolution to a problem!.
No matter how angry I am, I do not yell or use profanity since I figure that is grounds for them to hang up on me!.
I use a "professional" and assertive attitude!.
What I get sick of is the cliché scripted lines of phony empathy!.
The best is "I understand your frustration for your inconvenience!."
I tell them to dispense with that!.
I don't need empathy, I need a solution to my problem!.
Do you have a way of dealing with CSR who may or may not be effective in solving a problem!? Www@Enter-QA@Com


Answers:
Flatter the person on the phone!. If they like you they will go out of their way to help you!. Saying things like "I understand you must hear this all of the time but I need help and I know you are probably the busiest person ever but I would appreciate anything you could do!." If they like you they will help you!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
