there is medicated shampoo for pubes lice that can only come from the doctor, it's prescription only, the stuff that goes on your head is for a different sort of lice and might not kill'em, might just irritate the genital region of "your friend" please tell "your friend" that they should not ever share a towel with someone else, clothing or bed sheets until all "their" lice are gone!.
wash every thing "they" have worn in nappysan on the hot setting of "their" washing machine!.
"they" will need to shave all "their" pubic hair front and back!.
pubic lice are very, very contagious, be extra careful!.
