If I became prime minister I would ensure all cancer patients would get the life saving drugs they needed instead of how it is now where it is based on where you live!. I would also make sure that the little thugs that intimidate and threaten people get a well deserved punishment , not free holidays and a little slap on the wrist,and I would ensure that good kids get rewarded for good behaviour ,because lets face it the good kids out there get ignored and tarred with same brush as the thugs !.Www@Enter-QA@Com
