Yes I do find it difficult!.
If I actually do nap I end up going in to a deep sleep and won't wake up for 3-4 hours later!. Then I am upset that I slept so long and then I have a hard time falling asleep that night (obviously) so I just end up not taking naps!.

I can't tell day from night anymore!. I hit the pillow yesterday after sending an email but I don't know what time that was!. I know, I could look, but I didn't wake up until almost 8:30 this morning so I really don't want to know!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
