Well!.!.!.!.depends on the situation!.
You definitely need experience to grow as an individual!.!.!.and it does help with education ! With experience you gain insight and understand what you are being taught!.!.!.without education you don't have the intelligence to understand life around you!.
Experience isn't something you pay for!.!.!.!.it comes as you age!. It is in everyday life and it is an education in itself!.
Education gives you the roundedness you need to make wise decisions and think more intelligently about things!. It doesn't mean you are mature!.!.!.!.experience and life gives you that!.
You can go to college and want to be a doctor!.!.!.but if you don't get the experience as a resident or have OJT!.!.you aren't going to understand the things that happen that are NOT in the books!
If you want to be a farmer!.!.!.!.you can't get that in books as much as you can by experience!. College in agriculture helps you understand more about the science part of it and helps with understanding the fertilizer and what to do when!.!.!.!.!.!.but you can't beat experience in that area!. You can be a GREAT farmer without book learning!.
So it depends on what you are talking about!. Life experience!.!.!.OJT!.!.!.or both!

Having a handicapped child I KNOW health is the MOST important thing !.!.!.without that you can't accomplish anything!.!.!.with good health you can do ANYTHING! Experience is the best teacher! because
1) some people have no common sense so as to know how to apply their knowledge!. They are "Educated beyond their intelligence" They have "Book learning but no common sense"
2) When it comes to the game of life, some of the smartest people I know are some with the least formal education!. Some didn't finish High School; some never went to college, but through life experiences and utilizing instincts and common sense, have an education far beyond a myriad of "facts & figures" or theories and assumptions!.
What's in books changes every year!. What was assumed fact yesterday is no longer accepted today!. What instincts you learn in life, with people-interactions and common sense are far more important to ones well being that an accumulation of facts!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Experience and education both are needed at the same time, like when you are doing something and know nothing about it, you have chances to do it wrong as well or might as well destroy the meterial!. Education is fuel to enable experience!.!.!.the first being the engine and the latter, the wheels!.!.!.they need each other to move, but an engine with fuel sure motivates the wheels to move closer to an ultimate destinationWww@Enter-QA@Com
