Yes I was raised Catholic!. Yes, we had priests rather than monks (I don't know of a catholic church here with monks)!. Obviously it affected me!.!.!.!. everybodies upbringing affects them in various ways!. I don't think it affected me in any negative way though!. I'm not at all religious, but I quite like churches!. Having said that, I like religious buildings of all types and from all religions!. They all share a certain tranquility!. That, and I find the idea and practice of religions fascinating!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i was raised by a mixture of cultures!. my dad was a catholic and my mom too, but we are a Chinese family so we still did the Chinese traditions and stuff!. it did affect me at one point i was confused if i was a Catholic or Buddhist but i got to the Catholic side!. luckily, my high school did not have a particular religion!. it was non-sectarian or something like that!. we had no religion there!. but i go to a Christian/ Catholic University now!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
!.!.yea my parents decided to make me catholic since i was little!.!. and so i was raised as a catholic!.!.i pray every night, do rosary once a month ( lol i dont do that n e more though!.!.just rarely) n then i go to church sometimes!.!. im not really that religious!.!. and no it didnt affect me in n e way that changed my personality or something but it affected me in a way that made me look at life in a good way n that god is always there for u Www@Enter-QA@Com

I was raised Catholic in a parish that had priests!. My faith gave me strength when I lost my husband in a light airplane crash that also cost me a leg!. The support from my present parish was overwhelming!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
