I don't think Depeche mode made a real big impact on the world, but of course its better than the bands we have today!.
But I personally consider bands like Guns N' Roses, Queen, and Nirvana who really had a big impact of the world!.

When I think of best bands I think of bands that have had a musician that transformed a genre of music!. They have managed to sustain longevity, which is worth something, and while they are a very good band, I wouldn't classify them as a 'best band ever'!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
