Devin is right!. You can't choose best answer until four hours after the question has been posted!.
By that time, a bold blue icon under the question will appear saying select as best answer!. Click that, then off you go!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Click on the question and then there will be a blue button that says
Best Answer
and click that!
