When you consider a dog's heightened sense of smell and hearing, it only makes sense (no pun intended) that their other senses are as well!.
My first dog could 'hear' Dad's car from almost 1/4 mile away!. BJ is always laying by the window when she is walking down the hill!. I am certain Ben doesn't because he's 'too important' to show he's anxious (until she gets to the gate that is, then he loses all self respect)!.

No doubt about it!. I have seen this many times, to the point that it's eerie!. But, they're not the only ones!. Wild animals are even more attuned!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
