This is so weird...Do you know why?!

I boiled 10 quail eggs for 15 mins and let it cooled!. Then I started peeling one of the eggs but it was still liquidy inside so I threw it away!. I boiled it again for 7 mins, cooled it, then started peeling another egg and it was still liquidy!. I boiled again for 10 mins, cooled, and FINALLY the eggs were boiled (except for 1!.!.!.it was still liquidy)!. What happened!!? Are the other quail eggs still safe to eat!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
