In attempt to make Mondays as smooth as possible, I try to wake up at a consistent 6a Sunday - Saturday!. I also try to go to bed every night at the same time for the same purpose!. That's why so many people have a bad Monday!. They let their routine go and now on Monday morning, they're shocked back into it!. If you continue the routine every day Monday will go as easy as a Friday!. If I need, I'll take a 30 min!. nap in the afternoon but set my alarm just in case I don't wake up!. Well, I usually get up at 5am for 0 period during the weekdays,
so it's just my nature and mental alarm clock to get up at 5am,
or 6am on weekends!. But, sometimes I always set my alarm for 7:30am, just in case on Saturdays!.!.!. I'm not much of a 'sleep-inner' as you can tell!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't get up early for work when I have to work, so no!. I am not a morning person, so I choose a job where I can work the hours I like to work!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
