Question: Is sex a good form of exercise and if so, why don't Gym's offer it!?

yes sex is great exercise if you can get it, it helps release lots of endorphins and feel good hormones like oxytocin, it gives a work out to every part of the body, plus it helps you live longer and look younger!.
sex is a private thing best done at home or in hotels between consenting adults!.
gyms don't offer sex as a work out because they are not swingers clubs or bath houses!.
they don't want to pay the liability insurance that would surely be a must if they offered sex as a work out, due to the high risk of S!.T!.D's & pregnancy!.
in most places sex in exchange for a fee is called prostitution, which is illegal unless laws state different and even than it's only legal in brothels!.

Sex is probably good exercise however not everyone is good at it so some may sweat more than others!. As for the gym theory I cannot get sex day to day so getting it from the gym is not going to happen!. This comes from frustrated of the Wirral!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
