Question: Do you or anyone you know lift weights!?
Tell me something!. How long did it take you to pack on some noticeable size, or the person you know, how long did it take them to get big!. Not roid huge obviously, but something impressive!. I've heard you can change within 6 months of regular workouts and dedication!. Any truth to this!? All and detalied info would be helpful!. Thanks!Www@Enter-QA@Com

It takes about 3 months of 3 workouts a week for people to notice your getting bigger!. Protein shakes help alot too!.

It depends on how much body fat you are starting off with!. You will need to work that off first!. If you can get some sessions with a trainer it will go better because you will know how to maximize your workout without injuring yourself!. If you strain something you will set yourself back!. Food is important also, so you might want to get info on eating!.

just stay consistent with your workouts
eat lots of food (most for breakfast)
drink as much water as you can withstand

do this stuff and youll be packing soon
no one can give you a time frame there are too many factors

that's about right, it really depends on your body, some people dont develop as easy as others, and some get muscle in WEEKS ( i did :D)
