well, i have been lucky to be thin, but my mother had gastric bypass a few years ago and she looks and feels great!.

No I would get up and excercise!. Surgery is the easy way out!. It would be so much more rewarding to work it all off on your own!.
If you're talking about yourself, I'm assuming from the pic that you are pretty young!. If so then you should take advantage of that!. Most overweight poeple who get surgery are older and absolutely don't have the energy to excercise!. But while you're young, you still have a chance to do it on your own!. And if you can afford surgery then you can afford a personal trainer or a gym membership!.
It doesn't matter if you are dieting if you're not working out!. If you diet you won't gain more weight but you also won't lose any unless you are excercising as well!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
