as a response to other people who think its an excuse for bad behavior, i have worked with children for a while and i can tell you that medication is very valuable to helping children function in the class room!. the best thing is to only have them on it while in school and for the rest of the day have them off it so as not to build up a tolerance!. the problem is that alot of kids with add or adhd are in care from 8 in the morning until 6 at night in a classroom of about 15 kids and the teacher cannot deal with the chaos!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Just like many other common medical terms it is abbreviated in medical notes!. Doctors tell patients, we call it ADD for short people start using the abbreviation, and it trickles down so on and so forth!. JWww@Enter-QA@Com
