Go for a walk, get some coffee, listen to some music, hug your pet (if you have one), hug a teddy or some sort of stuffed animal!.!.that's all I can think of!.

I have a special pillow that I call my "hugging pillow"!. It is so worn out!.!.it should be in the trash!. But it really helps you feel secure!. It can't cuddle you, but you can cuddle it!.
Have a glass of wine, put on some beautiful music, and hug your pillow!. It's better than nothing!. Or, if you can't sleep (like me) you can always stay on Answers!.
