Books are excellent!. The internet is good for many things, but long involved stories are not one of those things!. Stupid, uncultured kids are the ones who don't read!. With so many books available only in dead tree, I really don't see how you could even ask this kind of question!. I'm guessing that your teachers are frustrated that you don't know how to use non-Internet sources!. Books won't be going away for a LONG time, junior!. I have loads of books, fiction and non-fiction!. Some are old and quite precious, others are a one-read that I give away afterwards!. I can't imagine being without books!.
