Some days I take green tea in the morning and some days I take latte and is always in Cafes' Nero!. I usually alternate that is one day tea and one latte and never add sugar!.
Apart from that i never take tea or coffee during the day, but if I go to a restaurant or am invited to lunch or dinner by friends I take an espresso or two after the meal and with sugar for indulgence!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
