yup!. you know those 6-second-ab things!? it's a workout thing, you stand it on your lap and do crunches on it!. anyway, i was doing crunches once with no shirt on, like an idiot!. i had a bra, but no shirt!. anyway, i got lost in thoughts and wasn't paying attention, until i felt this sharp pain in my chest! i've never felt anything like that before man!. i'd ended up squishing my nipple in the thing!. god that hurt!. i was in shock for about five minutes!.
